Build a flexible and responsive end-to-end supply chain that is well positioned to handle disruptions and challenges
Plan, implement and monitor the company’s overall supply chain strategy to improve supply chain security, increase productivity, maximum efficiency, reduce cost, drive greater reliability and quality from suppliers and ultimately increase revenue. Determine key supply chain KPIs and measurement criteria.
Implement an integrated business planning process that enables the business to be more customer-centric
Closely examine and improve every part of the supply chain, automate/digitize and innovate to stay agile.
Determine cost-to-serve to drive commercial business decisions. Foster innovation while delivering profitable business results.
Adopt and implement best practice in network design, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, strategic supply chain planning, and sales and operations planning.
Diversify supplier bases to reduce risk. Find sources of innovation through closer supplier collaboration. Develop and maintain good relationships with all vendors and distributors.
Strong control on compliance and regulatory requirements.
Manage supply base engagement process. Including supplier operational review meetings, metrics, improvement plans and issue resolution.
Education, Skills & Experience:
Successful track record of cost avoiding and savings.
Strong commercial negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers.
Crisis management skills-dealing with disruptions and issues swiftly and effectively.
Minimum 16 years of education, from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree awarding institution, in any or a combination of the disciplines of Engineering, Marketing & Supply Chain.
Minimum 6 Years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior equivalent position or one position below.
Excellent leadership, team building, analytical, strategic thinking, decision making, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with ability to identify emerging issues, analyze potential impacts and translate ideas and insights into viable recommendations for actions.
Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
