Full Job Description
Zubaida Medical Centre is looking to hire Supply Chain Executive.(Pharm D)
Communication and negotiation with all the vendors.
Deal with Vendors Active Pharma Ingredients and Packaging Material.
Product Research and New Development - New Product Launch as per request of customers.
Correspondence with supplier / vendor to issue Purchase order, sending indents, Debit note for commission providing bank contracts Letter of Credit and TT Copy.
Coordinate with principals on our agency products and work for new customers.
To keep customers updated via email /call against their queries and provide most competitive prices of their required products.
To pursue customers on daily basis via email or phone, regarding inquiries, L/C follow-ups, daily offers, and payment issues.
To support sales by providing them current market situation.
Follow up with principals for timely shipment via emails and phone calls and keep customers informed accordingly.
Arrange samples from principals and send them to customers as and when desired.
Negotiate price, payment terms, and other terms and conditions with suppliers to execute the orders.
Responsible for all commercial correspondence till final order from suppliers.
Correspondence with foreign suppliers.
Resolving any supplies issues arising out of customer urgencies.
Education: Pharm D
Experience: 2-3 years experince of working in hopsital (Must)

Ability to commute/relocate:
Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
