Full Job Description
Identify and implement inventory planning optimization ideas to achieve business objectives, inventory targets, and improve inventory planning.
Prepare daily feed stock report and ensuring stores have enough stock.
Prepare dispatch orders and ensuring smooth execution of all the processes.
Managing loading of cattle feed product from warehouse to market.
Collaborate with related departments and teams on cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs and achieve company annual targets.
Coordination with admin department for checking gate passes, personnel and transport management including vehicle loading of deliveries from warehouse.
Monthly Audit of finish goods stock report.
Coordination with Factory Manager for meeting delivery schedules.
Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
Manage tactical buying/procurement and inventory control for assigned product lines to achieve business objectives.
Control and verify stock discrepancies.
