We are seeking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
Job Requirement
5 to 6 year experience in Supply Chain.
Excellent English both spoken and written.
Strong sense of urgency, the ability to multitask and high-level customer service experience.
Sensitivity to confidential information.
Self-starter who shows solid initiative and ability to work independently with little direction while exercising good judgement
Very high-performance expectations environment with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail needed
Job Responsibilities
Interaction with suppliers through various communication methods, primarily email.
Data entry in multiple system for supplier profile information.
Initial issuance of subcontracting and flow down agreements to new suppliers.
Folder creation in Box for all supplier documents.
Support internal & external customers
Partner with internal & external clients to improve and grow process to meet ever changing needs and requirements
Skills
Problem Solver
Heavy Computer use, specifically Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and focus on customer service with excellent communication skills
Ability to work in fast paced environment – juggling shifting and even conflicting priorities
Great analytical skillset (excel expert)
Ability to work independently
Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
Strong team skills
