Main Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Prepare status reports regarding sourcing activities.
Ensure achievement of defined objectives and KPIs, including delivery of savings targets.
Proactively responding and informing superiors about possible issues, complaints, and other cases that require resolution.
Actively develop and maintain closer collaboration with other department members in/outside of Procurement based on the area of expertise
Source-to-Contract
Conduct competitive tendering up to 100,000 EUR within his/her scope.
Prepare required documentation for evaluation committees.
Facilitate evaluation committees.
Conduct contract negotiations.
Create contracts according to current financial, legal, HSSE, and category management requirements.
Ensure contract implementation.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
Operational Procurement
Contribute to operational procurement in monitoring and expediting of deliveries.
Contribute to claim management.
Master Data Management
Contribute to master data management (materials, vendors, categories) of operational procurement.
Supplier Relationship Management
Represent first escalation level for incidents.
Ensure onboarding and pre-qualification of suppliers.
Contribute to supplier evaluation of category management.
Qualification:
University (MA/MSc/MBA)
College (BA/BSc) in the field of Economics/Supply chain/Engineering/Law
CIPS qualification shall be preferred.
Professional competencies:
Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Category management
Experience:
Between 3-5 years sourcing experience in production operations, surface projects and logistics categories
