Senior Manager Operation
• Managing marketing, sales & operation matters of all the sites of cinemas.
• Spearhead digital marketing, onsite marketing to increase the sales/Revenue.
• Movie scheduling and detail analysis of all screen of movies.
• Liaison with movie distributor for marketing and operational matters.
• Staff Management.
• Selling sponsorship and corporate shows for all sites.
• Managing the various departments including Box office, Concession, Admin, Purchase and housekeeping.
• Proposing deals and ideas to increase the sales.
• Ensure effective and efficient deployment of staff.
• Ensure effective maintenance programs are carried out in all sites.
• Must be willing to work on public holidays.
• Good analytical & time management skills.
• Salary. 100 K plus depend upon the Experience
• Education. Must be graduate from (LUMS,LSE)
• Experience. Fresh to One Year
• Gender. Male/female
