Job Description:
To record daily production & sales data in MPS.
To email daily production, Loss time and & production back log reports on daily bases.
Develop MPS (Master Production Schedule) for PCIM to meet customer needs & inventory target.
Provide all concerned departments HODs with MPS and daily break up documents through email to all concerned after review on obtaining approval from Manager PPC.
Run weekly MRP as per SOP in ERP System.
Update Production Schedules with respect to any changes required by Sales & Marketing Department with consensus and approval from Manager PPC.
Verify production plan achievement through ERP generated production reports.
Open PCIM MOs on daily basis.
Conduct physical stock taking with system reports on weekly basis.
Email raw material consumption data for Bench Mark on monthly basis.
Check any 2 product standard per min L/M on weekly basis.
