Full Job Description
Green Crescent Trust (GCT) is looking for Procurement Officer for their Head office in the Procurement Department.
Following are key tasks that will be assigned to this role:
Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
Market Analysis
Participate in the opening of tenders, quotations and evaluation.
Implementation of approved procurement plans.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
