Full Job Description
Discover profitable suppliers and initiate company partnerships.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers and engage reliable vendors and suppliers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers.
Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
Control the procurement budget and promote a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Track to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness.
Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
Identify and research potential suppliers based on project requirements.
Liaising with key company employees and departments to determine their product and service needs and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing.
Research new products and services to meet company's goals.
Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times.
Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.
Purchase of store items as per purchase requisition sent by the Store Department.
Assess total costs of company purchases.
Prepare procurement reports and present them in Monthly Review Meeting.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Hyderabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
