Full Job Description
Will Search, Build And Maintain Good Relationships With Trusted Suppliers /Vendors For Product Sourcing.
Compare And Evaluate Offers From Suppliers.
Negotiate Contract Terms Of Agreement And Pricing.
Track Orders And Ensure Timely Delivery.
Review Quality Of Purchased Products.
Enter Order Details (E.G. Vendors, Quantities, Prices) Into Internal Databases.
Maintain Updated Records Of Purchased Products, Delivery Information And Invoices
Prepare Reports On Purchases.
Coordinate With Warehouse Staff To Ensure Proper Storage.
Making Sure Suppliers Have Enough Stock To Meet Demand.
Overseeing Arrival Of Shipments.
Will Search New Best Agents To Facilitate Shipments Of Goods.
Assisting With Customs & Import Documentation.
Coordinating With Purchase Department.
ARRANGEMENT OF CUSTOM CLEARANCE AGENTS:
Filling And Keeping Records Of All Documents.
Chasing Suppliers On Overdue Orders.
Preparing Relevant Reports.
Routine Follow-Up Of Shipment/S And Timely Share Its Status With Team Leader.
Performing Any Relevant Duty Assigned By The Head Of Department.
Preparation Of Shipment Documents.
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree.
Good communication skills.
Good mathematical skills.
Competent use of pc especially spreadsheets (format / sort / filter).
