We are looking to hire candidates for the position of Officer - HR Operations.
1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
2. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
3. Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
4. Develop training and development programs
5. Assist in performance management processes
6. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
7. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
BBA/MBA in Human Resources having 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
