Job Description

DSV Solutions (Private) Limited formerly known as Agility Pakistan is looking for National Manager Commercials for its Warehousing and Road Transportation business across Pakistan to oversee business development efforts on behalf of a company. You will be part of leading supply chain solutions team and work on everything from winning new client contracts to developing marketing and growth strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
-Mastermind business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives.
-Build and nurture client relationships in order to continue winning new contracts and securing market share.
-Responsible for identifying and unlocking the customer value in opportunities to develop 3PL solutions selling of the Company’s current and future global portfolio.
-Stakeholder management to connect with C-level employees in customer’s organization to market unique selling solutions at decision-making level. 
-Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value.
-Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market.
-Improve business development processes with strong sales engagements and deep selling.
-Key account commercial handling.
-Value-added selling to enhance or augment solutions for the customer.
-Prepare and submit RFQs.
-Understand & analyze customer need and draft an effective solution and project costing.
-Negotiate new projects and contract terms with new clients.
-Touch-base with existing clients to gauge their satisfaction level.
-Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations.
-Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects.
-Oversee branding and marketing endeavors to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals.

-Understanding of Warehousing and Road Transportation business.
-Working knowledge of how to conduct market research and analysis including the creation of detailed business plans
-Extensive understanding of business growth models and the ability to foresee commercial opportunities.
-Negotiating around pricing for commercial contracts and RFQ’s.
-Aggressive in desire to pursue new business.
-Excellent follow up skills.
-Advance Excel skills

Master's degree in Business Administrative.
Business development experience of more than 6 years, in the field of supply chain.
