Manager OD & Training - Lahore
Sefam is looking for HR professional to manage its OD and Trainings function. Candidate will be responsible for managing company’s organizational restructuring, policy development, KPIs, performance management and employee engagement concerns.
In addition, he/she will also collaborate with departments to develop, design and implement various learning programs for organizational/employee career development. Ideal candidate must have prior experience of performing Job Analysis, Training Need Analysis, Training module development, independent execution of full appraisal cycle and succession planning as per requirements.
