Position: Manager - Inventory Control for Store Operations.
Location: Karachi
Requirements:
-BBA/MBA (Preferably in Supply Chain) from reputable university.
-5 to 8 years of experience in inventory management, inventory audits.
Responsibilities:
-Closely monitor store demands / orders / ITR’s.
-Keep close liaison with commercial, warehouse & supplier for stock & delivery follow up.
-Maintain stock holding within budget and assure maximum stock availability (Service level / fill rate)
-Control issuance of Purchase Order / ITR for non-trade supplies based on its use, management and its distribution.
-Monitor the store’s shrinkage, especially of Fresh Food items.
-Plan & execute partial and annual stock take.
-Handling / Checking delivery documents and proper issuance of receiving.
-Make entries into SAP as per SOP and issuance GRN / Invoice.
-Examine and deal with supplier, warehouse & Mandi ITR’s / Delivery Notes / Invoices complain to certify reasons of deviances and ensure correct procedure.
-Receiving the physical merchandise in the dedicated area, determine the actual received quantity correctly and move the goods from GR area to sales floor.
