Position: Manager Accounts and Finance
Job Role:
To ensure that financial reporting is done as per the International Standards.
Ensure active participation in various Committees and external relationship management.
Supervising Plant related financial matters and resolving the matters on priority
Coordinating with External Auditors to ensure NIL or minimum observations.
To ensure that leasing facilities are operational and available to meet company's requirements.
Ensuring that company’s banking exposure (funded / non-funded) is within the limits prescribed by SBP/Banks.
Negotiating financing arrangements with banks for working capital / capital expenditure.
Projecting cash flow and managing and monitoring of all inflows and outflows of the company.
Timely retirement of LC documents and payment of Running Finance/ FIM markup.
Reviewing Bank recons and sharing with Internal/ External auditors.
Effective Funds and cash flow management.
Experience: 06-08 Years
Qualification: CA/ICMA/ACCA (part qualified)
