Full Job Description
Responsible for issuance of the sales contract as per the confirmation and arrange sign on contracts from both supplier and buyer.
Manage and ensure documentation (sales contract, LCs, Shipments, Vessel Tracking, Courier and related details) for the efficient and effective execution of Import/Export activities and working.
Coordinate and follow up with the buyers and suppliers to arrange payments, workable Letter of Credits, Bank Financial related documents as per agreed requirement terms.
Enquire shipment status with the supplier and arrange packing list to share with the client for updating status.
Get BL drafts approved from the clients and arrange shipping instructions for the suppliers.
Follow up with the supplier for loading pictures and examine the loading pictures to ensure the material quality and provide feedback to Trader and the supplier.
Communicate with the clients, suppliers and concerned related stake holders such as shipping lines, courier service providing companies, banks, third party inspection company(ies) and / or any other (if required), to ensure effective and efficient documentation related working and reconciliation to avoid any issue(s).
To check vessel tracking as per the BL for record and status update.
Documents tracking as per the courier tracking number and sharing timely information with the buyer.
Assist Trader in material inspection if and when required for claim related evidences and proofs collection.
Assist Trader in handling claims and solving by required data, proofs and evidences collection, strong follow ups with the clients and the suppliers.
Assist Trade Team in material inspection if and when required for claim related evidences and proofs collection.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
