Rewards Portfolio · Perform supportive tasks in the annual salary cycle (Bonus & Increment) for both permanent and contractual staff. · Support Rewards team in yearly salary survey submissions with external vendors. · Conduct external bench marking for comparing company compensation and benefits plan across industry. · Assist in the implementation of approved policy updates into the policy documents. · Manage internal & external communications with vendors and stakeholders to execute activities under the PRAISE program. · Support Rewards team in day-to-day activities, People Analytics Portfolio · Create Dashboards on Power BI using datasets. · Perform necessary data cleaning and enrichment for designing a Dashboard.
Skills: · Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Power BI · Strong analytical thinking · Possess an attention to detail · Willingness to learn · Excellent written and spoken communication · Good team player
