The Field Audit Executive is responsible for conducting on-site audits at Stylo retail outlets, warehouses, and regional offices to ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, inventory management, and financial accuracy. This role involves regular travel, inspection of store operations, surprise audits, and detailed reporting to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. The Field Audit Executive collaborates with store managers and the internal audit team to strengthen operational effectiveness and minimize risks.
Conduct regular and surprise audits of stores and regional facilities.
Verify cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory records.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and financial procedures.
Identify and report discrepancies, fraud, or policy violations.
Prepare and submit detailed audit reports with findings and suggestions.
Collaborate with internal audit and finance departments for resolution.
Train staff on compliance standards where necessary.
Ensure timely audit coverage across assigned regions.
Perform follow-up audits to ensure implementation of corrective actions.
