Education: 16 years of education
Experience: 5-6 years
Job description:
1) Manage appointments & meetings
2) Manage calendar for up-coming Conferences, commitments & responsibilities
3) Take Minutes of Meetings, conferences and BOD meetings
4) Drafting acknowledgement letters
5) Personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the MD to effectively lead the companies
Plan, organize, sets up and attend meetings; researches, collect and prepare background information or materials when required
6) Act as “Gate way” to CEO
7) Services and Purchase coordination for family office
8) Responsible to differentiate Business and Family expenses
9) Event Management
10) Hospitality to guests
11) Handle the renewals and memberships
