Full Job Description
Implement sourcing strategies to support corporate and divisional objectives, providing the company competitive advantage in the area of materials, supplies & services.
Arrangement of import materials as per production forecast issued by PP&C.
Prepare import plan to meet production requirements.
Follow up with subordinate regarding on time delivery and documentation from supplier.
Follow up with clearing agent for timely material clearance.
Negotiate with supplier for pricing (local & servicing).
Locate, analyze and develop a consolidated supplier base to meet current and future material needs.
Maintain metrics and analyze data of inventory to assess performance and implement improvements.
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
Develop and implement supplier evaluation program.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for all deliveries.
Evaluate, monitor and improve the performance of Third Party service providers, handle non-conformance service issues, participate and support 3rd party service
