International Industries Limited is recruiting for positions of Deputy Manager Banking Operations
 at our Karachi location.

The potential candidate should have • MBA (Finance) / ICMA / CA Finalist with 4-6 years of experience.
Responsibilities
·Making overall supplier payments (Contractors, Transporters, general, admin & HR).
·Getting cheque signed from authorized signatories, cheques couriered to factory, Lahore office & through TCS.
·Checking payment vouchers (tax working and necessary approvals).
·Making payment of import related (custom duty payment, import documents retirement, F.E. Loan)
·Making payment of weekly and monthly income tax and sales tax.
·Preparing and signing of pay order request letter of import duty.
·Arrange pay orders collection from bank. Follow up with bank for issuance of payordres.
·Dealing with vendors for payment releasing matters.
·Dealing with factory staff and head office staff for payment releasing matters.
·Recording bank charges / financial charges through BTs. (All bank charges recording).
·Preparing vouchers, RTGS request letters.
·Preparing daily funds position.
·Processing Daily fund transfer vouchers and RTGS letter.
·Dealing and follow up with banks on different matters.
·Preparing cheque book issuance letters & authority letters.
·Uploading bank statement in Oracle on daily basis
·Recording short term bank loans and their settlement.
·Mark up working on quarterly basis and upon settlement
·Uploading RF markup in Oracle
·LTFF schedules
·Managing and execution of banking credit facilities documents
·To ensure monthly / quarterly accounts reporting relating to Treasury notes
·To add signatories in bank accounts as and when required.
·To open new bank account and arrange compliance requirements for opening of bank account.
·Actively participate in implementation of Oracle in the respective area.
·Coordinate with IT department on different reports of Oracle and for different matters relating to Oracle.
