Customer Service Lead-Lahore
MBA or Equivalent
5-7 years of relevant experience preferably in retail industry.
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
-Will lead team of customer services in order to effectively respond to inquiries of the customers related to the orders, refunds and take necessary feedback as and when required.
-Respond to incoming phone calls, emails and live chat concerning all customer service related inquiries with a goal of providing an exceptional customer experience.
-Coordinating with warehouse & retail team on shipping discrepancies.
-Ideal candidate must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
