HRSPL is looking “Assistant Manager Procurement” for one of its Client.
Position: Assistant Manager Procurement
Industry: NGO / INGO
Experience: 3 - 7 Years’ experience in NGO / INGO Operations/Development.
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s (Supply Chain)
Salary: 150,000 – 200,000

Job Description:
· Perform procurement functions including Soliciting for quotations, negotiating prices, delivery and after sale
· services with vendors, raising Purchase Orders, Tax letters and forwarding to vendors/suppliers in a timely manner.
· Development of RFPs/RFQs/Analysis of Quotations and ensure that it is fully approved along with complete documentation
· Ensure purchase orders are shared with the suppliers/vendors in a timely manner
· Coordination with program team to prepare procurement plan for short term and long-term procurements
· Ensure timely follow up and submission of documentation to finance department for payment processing
Skills:
· MS Office Enterprise, Legal formalities, and good local market knowledge
· Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines for assigned tasks.
· Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary and international team under pressure.
· Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn and skills in knowledge transfer
· Effective negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently, Excellent written and verbal communication
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
