HRSPL is looking “Assistant Manager – Procurement” for one of its Client.
Position: Assistant Manager – Procurement
Industry: Hospital / Health Care / Medical
Experience: 4 – 5 Years of experience in Hospital Procurement
Education: Bachelor’s / MBA
Salary: 45,000 – 50,000 + Benefits
Timings: 09:00AM To 06:00PM
Job Location: C.P Berar Society Ghazi Salah Uddin Road near Dhoraji Colony, Karachi.
· Making of Purchase Orders as per levels/ consumptions & Demands. (All PO’s must have signature along with date of concern person).
· Compilation of Purchase Order along with Purchase requisition & forward to department head for Approvals.
· Timely emailing/ providing Purchase orders to concern companies.
· Making all corrections on Purchase orders related to rates quantities etc. Any matter not in the capacity to resolve should be forwarded to Departmental Head.
· Providing receiving on all quotations received in department & same should be forwarded to Departmental Head.
· Up gradation of rates (Purchase & Retail) via approval form.
· Opening of new item code via approval form.
· Making local purchases of Medications if concern person not available.
· Actively participates in audit whether it should be departmental/ internal / external.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Procurement: 5 years (Preferred)
Hospital Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
